New Engitec CX® Plant 15.0tph at Recyclage Amara Raja
Certainly, Amara Raja does not need any presentation being the largest battery manufacturer in India.
The Engitec CX® Plant which is presently under shipment has been designed for processing up to 15tph of spent lead/acid batteries and is complete with desulphurization, crystallization, foundry and refinery.
The Plant, fully integrated, will be located in a new Amara Raja facility in South India in the province of Tamil Nadu.
In consideration of its magnitude this Plant will be commissioned section by section, starting from the refinery that will come into operation in Q2/2024. We are positive that this new synergy between Amara Raja and Engitec will consolidate the position of market leader of Amara Raja.
Presently India is the fastest growing economy in the Globe and it is not just a coincidence that Amara Raja has contracted Engitec for this huge and strategic investment.
New Engitec CX® Plant at Chloride Metals (Supa)
It is a common opinion that when a reputed company repeats the purchase orders with the same supplier more than one time, it is a vivid sign that the synergy between the Supplier and the Buyer has worked very well…at least for the previous purchase order/s.
This consideration is quite appropriate if we consider that the Engitec CX® Plant – sized for 10.0 tph of spent lead/acid batteries – was confirmed by Chloride just few months after the taking over of the Engitec CX® Plant which is in full operation at Chloride Haldia.
The Plant, practically twin of the Plant supplied for the Haldia facility, is composed of one CX® Breaker complete with weak electrolyte collection & filtration, and it will be installed and commissioned at SUPA Parner that is an industrial area located at, Maharashtra, some 80 kms from Pune airport.
The shipment of the various machinery is ongoing and the taking over Plant shall take place during the Q2/2024.
We are very proud for the renewed trust granted by Chloride Group.
