21St ASIAN BATTERY CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION EVENT – Kota Kinabalu, Borneo, Malaysia – 2nd to 5th September
From September 2nd to 5th, 2025 Engitec participated with its own booth at the 21st Asian Battery Conference and Exhibition event, which took place in Kota Kinabalu, Borneo, Malaysia. At booth #51, our Area Managers Daniele Silla and Stefano Buono welcome both new and consolidated Clients for presenting Engitec’s latest innovations.

In the occasion of this event, the Area Manager – Daniele Silla – gave a speech about Engitec’s ingot casting technology highlighting the concept pursued by Engitec of “zero operators on the floor”.
This design concept, already adopted in other industries such as Steel, Copper and Aluminium, foresees:
- the minimization of the number of Operators necessary to run the normal operation of the Line as well as the emergency stop of the Line in the unlucky events this is necessary
- a very detailed and reliable automation capable of providing accurate data to support effective predictive maintenance
- a design accessibility such as to make easier and safe all operation of routine and major maintenance of the Line.
Engitec Area Manager – Stefano Buono – emphasized that the actuation of the three points mentioned above, is not only a part of Engitec’s social responsibility in consideration to the reduced exposure of Operators to the severe conditions of Lead Foundry but also increases opportunities for our clients of hiring more qualified personnel.
Today, likewise in the pioneer time of early 70s Engitec is walking one step ahead… we are master in circular economy.
