It has been said that each capital extensive Plant, goes throughout its economic life through three different main phases:

  • Steady Operations
  • Operational Excellency

Engitec Senior Technologists are available to assist the Client, with programmed site visits, for assessing the production procedures and also for transferring know-how and experience for production improvements. In addition, Engitec provides the Clients with support for any possible issue that could raise during the life of the Plant, such as regulatory policy changes, technological updating, spare parts supply or equipment revamping.

Within the Customer Care Service, the Spare Parts section of Engitec is working daily to deliver critical parts to Clients. Engitec also offers a comprehensive “Spare-Parts Management Service” in collaboration with the maintenance team of the Plant in order to ensure the shortest availability time for the required parts and to economically manage the client storehouse.
