72.000 tpy batteries – 40.000 tpy lead and alloys

Main Components:
Breaker Plant, 10 tph ULAB input;
Paste desulphurization, sulfate crystallization via MVR;
Foundry with automatic charge preparation and feeding;   
two rotary furnaces 5 m3 lead capacity and 2 x 50.000 Nm3/h bag-house groups;
Refinery with 8 kettles 100 t Pb   and 160.000 Nm3/h bag-house group;
Casting machine for ingots 20 tph / 30 kg ingots, with robotized staking unit;
