New Engitec CX® Plant 30.0 tph at Moura Battery
In September 2022 Engitec and Moura Battery executed a Contract covering the Supply of one brand new CX ® Plant sized for processing up to 30.0 tph of spent lead/acid batteries.
Moura was born in 1957, in the city of Belo Jardim, in Pernambuco, realizing the dream of visionary entrepreneurs Edson Mororó Moura and his wife, Conceição Moura. Initially focused on the automotive sector, the company expanded its operations to other segments, today producing batteries and energy storage systems for the most diverse applications, such as motorcycles, boats, forklifts, UPSs, subways, trains, telephone stations , storage systems, among others. During the Q3/2023 Engitec completed the shipment of the various machinery of the new CX® Plant sized for inlet of 30tph of spent lead/acid batteries.
This plant represents the most modern technology for crushing, separate and recovering the valuable components contained in the lead/acid batteries. We are positive that this synergy will give great success both to Engitec and to Moura.
